COMPANY POLICY

RELEASE OF LIABILITY, ASSUMPTION OF RISK, AND INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT 

WHEN PLAYING AN ESCAPE ROOM AT COVERT ESCAPE GAMES LLC, YOU HEREBY ASSUME ALL OF THE RISKS OF PARTICIPATING IN ANY/ALL ACTIVITIES ASSOCIATED WITH THIS ESCAPE ROOM EVEN.  This includes, by way of example and not limitation, any risks that may arise from equipment in the game, or property owned, maintained, or controlled by Covert Escape Games LLC, or because of their possible liability without fault.  You certify and understand this activity has potential risks including but not limited to:

1) Use of simple tools;

2) Potentially moving or lifting objects of not more than twenty-five (25) pounds;

3) Mental stress and anxiety;

4) Being in a reasonably small space with up to twelve (6) persons;

5) Possibility of failure to escape the room in the allotted time;

6) Possibility of lightweight falling objects

Persons may experience standing for 60 minutes, muscle strains, emotional and mental strain and you certify that you have no physical or mental illness that precludes your participation in a safe manner for myself or others.  You are not under the influence of drugs or alcohol which impairs your ability to maintain your safety awareness or endangers others.   You acknowledge that you'll sign this Waiver and Release of Liability will it be filed by Covert Escape Games LLC , and that it will govern your actions and responsibilities at said activity. 

You agree that all staff or authorized agents may, in their sole discretion, determine it is unsafe for myself or others for your participation to continue andremove me from the premises by any lawful means.

In consideration of your application and permitting you to participate in this activity, you hereby take action for yourself, your executors, administrators, heirs, next of kin, successors, and assigns as follows:

(A) I WAIVE, RELEASE, AND DISCHARGE from any and all liability, including but not limited to, liability arising from the negligence or fault of the entities or persons released, for your death, disability, personal injury, property damage, property theft, or actions of any kind which may hereafter occur to yourself, the following persons or entities: the directors, officers, employees, volunteers, representatives, and agents of Covert Escape Games LLC;

(B) INDEMNIFY, HOLD HARMLESS, AND PROMISE NOT TO SUE Covert Escape Games LLC or any of its directors, officers, employees, volunteers, representatives, or agents from any and all liabilities or claims made as a result of participation in this activity, whether caused by  negligence or otherwise.

You acknowledge that the directors, officers, employees, volunteers, representatives, and agents of Covert Escape Games LLC are NOT responsible for the errors, omissions, acts, or failures to act of any party or entity conducting a specific activity on their behalf.  You further acknowledge that you are voluntarily participating despite the risk of falls, contact and/or crashes with other participants, defective equipment, the condition of the room and any hazards that may be posed by spectators or volunteers. You hereby consent to receive medical treatment which may be deemed advisable in the event of injury, accident, and/or illness during this activity.

You agree that Covert Escape Games LLC or any of its assigns has the right to any photos or any video/sound footage of your game/likeness during the event. These photos, video footage and sound materials may be used for any marketing purposes.  There are no refunds under any conditions once you purchase your entrance fee.

This privacy notice applies solely to information collected by this website.  

 It will notify you of the following:

1) What personally identifiable information is collected from you through the website, how it is used and with whom it may be shared.

2) What choices are available to you regarding the use of your data.  The security procedures in place to protect the misuse of your information.

3) How you can correct any inaccuracies in the information.

We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request.

Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about specials, new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy.
